Erin Coulter

Founder and Artistic Director

Erin Coulter is a theater director, producer, and educator based in Middleburg, Virginia. With diverse and wide-ranging training in acting, singing, dancing, directing, and educating, Erin is known as an “actor’s director.” She believes in theater as a catalyst for change and connection; that through investigating, performing and ingesting stories, individuals and humanity can evolve.

Haley Morgan Wright

Secretary

Haley Morgan Wright found the stage at the ripe old age of four and continued to perform throughout high school and college. She reignited her love of theatre right as the global pandemic hit, performing as Masha in a Zoom production of The Three Sisters, Tagragg’s Actors’ Playground, and improv meetups inspired her to pursue more theatrical opportunities. When she’s not performing Haley is a writing facilitator, book buyer, and book seller for Middleburg Books.

Alice Robinson

Treasurer

Alice Robinson brings her creative and analytical skills to Tagragg as our Treasurer. With a diverse background in math, physics, and the arts, Alice embodies Tagragg’s core values of empathy and joy. As a yoga enthusiast and teacher, she appreciates the importance of presence and acceptance, fostering a supportive community environment.

Alice rekindled her passion for the performing arts through improv and eagerly embraced the opportunity to join our board. She enjoys writing, painting, acting, and being part of an eclectic mix of individuals united by a shared desire for creative expression.
